Making Of The Continents
So, one day, long after the sky was torn, long after the
ThreeGreatWars, long after the Quest for the Fallen Scale,
somebody had the gall to mention BoneJackdaw’s fault in
all these things. In fact, in a moment of terrible brashness,
he laid sole blame on Jackdaw right in his face. At this,
Jackdaw glared at the man. In fact, it is said that smoke
wafted from Jackdaw’s ears. Then, without speaking, the
old Story Teller stalked over to the Blacksmith’s and picked
up the largest hammer. This was a hammer so heavy and
big, that only the Blacksmith could lift it. But Jackdaw
hefted this hammer with hardly a thought. Then he strode
to a place where the bedrock came to the surface. And
there, without thinking, he smote the rock, the very bone
of the GreatOne herself. And the land shuddered. And
then the land rumbled, deep from within TheEarth. A
greater rumbling than when JadeCrow defeated the
OutsiderJay. It was a greater rumbling than even when
the sky was torn. And the land cracked! It shattered! And
broke into the many pieces that exist today, and then
began to drift apart upon the ocean. And the pieces continue
to drift ever so slowly today. And then Bone Jackdaw
gave the hammer back to the Blacksmith, and walked
away, never to look at his accuser again.
