Ghost Owl
Ghost Owl is the Hunter. In the stories, she has taken the form of either man or woman, as in truth most DragonPeople have at some point or another. Her Art is to hit whatever she aims her arrow at. There is one thing that she was completely incapable of skewering with her weapon, and that is the MorningStar. Her wayward arrow tore a whole in the sky and let TheOutsiders in.
