Ooh! There's ssomething wrong with the coments! They don't always work for the articles, I wonder why. Something for me to work on this week, it looks like.

the Bellingham School of Comics
(10 Dec 2006)

Huh, I just had this wacky idea.

What if I redid the B.S. of Comics website with CuteNews?

What this would allow me to do is, well, what I've been talking about doing for a long time: Make the B.S. of Comics site a place for hosting the work of Bellingham cartoonists who don't have their own sites. Also, it could be easily linked into the Fairport Fishwacker,* including news columns for ranting about various things.

Anybody want to throw in their two cents on what the structure of that should be?

Don't worry, if you can't think of anything right now, I'll be sharing my ideas as I go and you can interject at any time. I consider anything I do for the B.S. to be a group project, and I will literally take your input as a kind of vote.

So, the current question up for voting is actually: Should we do this?

* It looks like we let the Fairport Fishwacker go. Ah well, it was a cool concept while it lasted.

Yay!
(08 Dec 2006)

Comments are now activated for my news script.

The Grass Dog Studio Blog is now armed and fully operational!

Also, I've signed up on ComicSpace.com, which seemed like a fun thing to do at the time.

Discuss.

I want to activate comments in CuteNews, and I want them to work a particular way. Time to do some more learning!

Also on the slate for this weekend, adding a couple entries to the top menu of the site: Home, Editor's Resources

Finally, I do have a bunch of drawing to get done. I've been bad about that, and I want to change my habits.

Maybe I need to work on some big paper with color, for a change.

Mmm... Chalk pastel, oils, or crayon? I really hate working with all any of thsoe

F-ing Mac Firefox is making it hard to edit type-os.
